At Focal Point Hardware, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home improvement purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, uninstalled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, instructions, and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
